entrance pass istina normal

    hi.

    i bougth entrance pass istina normal and tried to use it when i has reuse on istina.

    but it only says "entrance pass: istina cannot be used due unsuitable terms."

    wtf
    i used real life adena for this. and i have tried everything. relogin. change subs and so on

    it's only usable once each period, the description is wrong, happened to me also qq.

    did you use it outside the instance? if yes (i see you tried relogging), then please submit a ticket to our support team.
