    well i purchased name change ticket and went to submit a question but it says ticket can't be submitted.


    my main character on core is ismb. i would like my nickname to be changed to skelton .

    thank you and i hope you do it fast :)

    where can i get support for this ???

    "ask a question" support ticket doesn't work.

    it works. when you submit a ticket, there is a new page and a link or a button on the bottom to confirm the ticket creation.

    this is what i am getting when i press "submit ticket" link.


    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand i had to click the link that said;

    "click here if your question wasn't answered to finally submit the ticket"

    which is rather confusing, cause it doesn't actually indicate that it's the final form of submitting the ticket.


    anyway, my ticket was submitted now, thanks!
