Question about sending ticket to support.

hello. i became scammed. i write about this to deepblue. and he said to write to support. when i try go to technical support and press sing in i get error "502 gateway". and i cant do nothing. what i should do , to contact with support? or gm core?

is there option to register. when press come back to main site.

i am crying about this... and i cant contact with support....... i write to ncsoft and they answer 3 times faster then you! but they can't help. they told to use https://support.4game.com/ this site. but sending ticket doesnt work!!!!
