Client force close (aka) refuse to start

hi,

i'm a old player but stop to play for few months now im back, and i did upgrade my computer and reinstall my windows so my system is quite a different from last time .. so i installed the 4game app then the game and whenever i click play button the game tries to load whit tis circle in the midle of my screen pop lineage2 picture at midle for like 1 sec and then close and game just dosent start so i tryed to launch the game from l2.exe game strart and before log in crash ( maybe because its connected to web and could not log in) i try start it from frost folder i got message game path is not defined. so i reinstall 4app and the game got the same problem , tryed a fresh install with firewall off and anti virus off and also nothing same problem over and over again i downloaded that app check4game , did a whole check there was 2 corrupt files or some in system folder i forgot the anmes 1 was gameshield.dll or someting like that i click clean them then i do download or fresh update , and the game refuse to start again. basicly i did everything human possiable and the game refuse to start. what the ****? looking for assistance...
