problem in the selection chars

when i selecr my chars and i do enter image stop there and i cannot enter: i dont know where is the problem:
i reinstalled 2 time game but nothing: can you help me pls?

hello : ) ,i haven't critical herror in my game...when i select my char ,in the selection char press enter in my keyboards and after 30 / 40 sec. "you have been disconnected from the server. please login again ." i have this problem from yesterday, i can't logg in all my pc... help me pls ...can be a problem of my router about nat ? i have reinstall game for 4 time but nothing i can't logg all time .

 

please use check4game app to check your client files and use winmtr option. post logs here.

i used my pc to home of my friend and this game functioned correctly !!!so i think this problem is my router !
