Starting to get pissed on Innova Staff members!!!!

1st of all i wat to say that im one of big customers here, montlhy i support your game hundreds of euros, and why im getting such an bad customer service , start getting new staff members, opened an support ticket to find an solution for my problem , now its 3 days passed and no answer!!!!



diagnose:

on character selection , im getting disconnection message, after i press play, start button. this started approximately 4 - 5 days ago.

what i tried:

1. reinstall windows 2 x times
2. update the drivers , to last updated
3. reinstalled lineage 2 , about 3 - 4 times
4. tried to change lineage 2 path
5. disable/enable firewall
6. uninstall antivirus
7. add exception to firewall
8. clean cache via cmd ,
9. delete, frost & system folder
10. reupdate the lineage 2
11. tried enter with another account

12.i have 2 laptops at my place , one laptop connects to server, but 2nd one that i bought does not, i even tried to share internet from working pc to not working pc and still , im getting disconnected

13.i tried your check4game, all options,
14. tried to delete the game cache
15. resetting modem,
16. resetting router,
17. install / reinstall 4game app
18. run as admin...
19. defragment disk
20. antivirus check
21. take ownership
22. resetting router to factory settings
23. disable firewall from router
24. resetting and cleaning hosts file, taking ownership
25. router port forwarding
26. ipconfig /renew & /release via cmd as administrator


ps: spend to buy monthly subscription , i already lost 6 days, im getting anxious and pissed off. please help me find solutions

nb: never used any 3rd party programs! and i played for couple months without any problems, also my windows is activated, i used the damn search button , but i saw some ppl similar problems , but they still have the topics opened, without any resolve.

i dont know , does frost support virtualbox? if yes ,then try it another kind of windows where the winupdates are turned off. the last updates ****ed gg/frost

 

tried with and without winupdates, hosts file is clean, after i installed windows, i disabled the win updates and installed l2 right away and same stuff, im so getting pissed, day after i renewed my subscription and added 50 euro, im getting this nightmade, worst part is , i wrote to support ticket and still no response.

 

dude i'm not from staff but maybe i can help. don't know if u tried this yet, sorry if you did and im wasting your time, but just trying to help.

i suggest this:

option a
1- start cmd
2- write ipconfig /release enter
3- write ipconfig /renew enter

why? your internet connection maybe not routing correctly to the servers. this might fix it.

option b
delete your system folder and force the update.

option c
try to create a new acc and new character just for testing.

this will exclude 3 things:
1- bug at character creation
2- someone hacked you
3- something is wrong with the geodata where you last logged

option d

port foward the game in the router.

option e

maybe for some random reason you got banned... wierd i guess you prob woulnd login but dunno... just shooting in the dark now


some people on the web talked about some pin of the accounts, dunno what that is, but if you have a pin go check that out.

i can log account on my 2nd pc, but its not gaming pc, char location is heine, i tried deleting the system and frost folders, forwarding also didint help, but thanks

disconnected from game right after choosing character - this is due to frost security. most propably some of your program has been flagged as malicious. please try to close as much unusefull programs as possible (or cheats ) and then try again
