    hi dear gm's
    im 99 % sure is bug so let me explain it
    when you create sayha growth rune stage 1(1-2 or 100 amount) you will get a 130 hours cooldown even on other stage 2 and 3. so i ask you how make a sayha growth rune stage 2 ? when i need first stage rune to create that second stage and i cant cuz when im creating it i must wait 130 hours to make alchemy again while that rune remain only 10 min ?
