How long we can wait for request about retrieving chars from Lilith?

    hello.

    as in title.

    i'm asking because many my friends (and me) wants to retrieve their chars from lilith. they wrote @support.4game.com but many of them are waiting few weeks for now and there is no answer from you gms.

    can you explain that?

    if your friends didn't get any answer yet, that means the ticket hasn't been processed yet and they need to wait. by the way, don't bump ticket or your priority in the transfer queue will be lowered.

    oh i didnt noticed that post. but what if they will be not able to restore chars in this year? they will extend time?
