Crafting + lady luck

in crafting "lady luck" affects only 60% recipes?

 

i was crafting materials with 100% and was getting thous messages often...

 

y but no effect, no double materials, nothing?

i was crafting shots, and i was constantly getting these "lady luck" messages, but with no effect whatsoever.

 

double craft not working for shots. dunno about materials but probably the same.

 

double craft is working only for armor, weapon jewelry from long time ago. "lady luck" triggers on every kind of craft, as it triggers (with no effect) when enchanting from +0 to +3.
