update from the team: we want to start giving compensations (that includes tersi's herald and his buff) when we make sure that we have completely solved the problem which affected us all yesterday and it won't appear again. today we will be observing the situation and if everything is okay, we will publish the schedule of tersi's herald spawn for tomorrow.
yet another update: if you want to get a compensation for the rune you activated and lost because of the problem with 4game please indicate in your ticket to support service the date when you activated your rune.
