    hi,
does anyone know how exactly soulshot bonus from overenchanting weapon works?
i mean if in example i have a +10 weapon it says in description "soulshot bonus +7%",
does it means that my final damage is 7% higher,
or is it calculated in a different way?

i think (not sure) that it increases the bonus dmg given by your ss (ss = +100%, bss = +100%, spiritshot = +50% iirc)
so it means an actual +3.5% of your total dmg

    ty for reply.
    anyway any official answer?
i mean is a big change just give us an idea how much sense is in overenchanting instead of keeping things +3 you know.

"un"official answer is yes, its +3.5% damage.
and yes there is a big difference in oeing your weapons, think of the difference between a +3 @ 2.1% damage increase and a +10 @ 7% damage increase, that 4.9 percent if fairly substantial, not to mention that all of that is compounding the fact that you are adding pattack or mattack to your weapon.

so instead of 500 pattack and 1000 base damage + 2.1% @ +3 = 1021 damage, now your getting 650 (made this number up) pattack and base 1200 damage + 7% @ +10 = 1284 damage. and don't hate me for the math, this is the very basic math behind this, many many many other factors play into these numbers and the ones given are not 100% precise but only used as an demonstration.

it may not seem substantial now but when you get to the higher enchanted weapons your talking a completely different ballgame of damage.
