No windows or buttons BUT it's not outdated hardware

hi guys.
got the game up n running however there is no windows or buttons visible. in other thread mod closed it with simple, disregartful comment "outdated hardware". it is not matter of old hardware because i know people running game on much older platform with success. anyone knows how to get it working or i have to ask for another update from innova?

 

hardware is matter.
at first try update drivers.

my specs are:
64 bit sempron +2800
1,5 gig of ram
radeon x1650
over 35 gig of free space on hdd.
still no buttons.

p.s. kall rads from x1300 are using shader 3.0

p.s.2 problem solved. needed drivers from sapphire page to get it working.

 

yes but x1300 is not supported by client
