Server down after tomorrow????

i stop play today caused technical maintenance this evening,in 1:00 pm in spanish hour i unistalled the game (yes im little dissappointed) so,later i rethink to install again the game,my internet conection is little bad in some cases,so,after a few moments the game is installed. and now,this. i start the game and voila!!! the server is down,for my surprise i read the moderator says that the maintenance is going to be after tomorrow 11 am gmt+0 (12 am gmt+1 im from spain) so i need to know what problem causes that huge maintenance?????
