can't open Mailbox on my Main character

cant open mailobox both through general menu -> mailbox or next to clan or party matching shortcuts. even if i spam it doesnt not make any difference it just simple dont open.
-my character is in city
-i got enough slots in inventory - also got enought % of weight limit
-problem only appears on my main character when i change to another character on my acc mailbox open normaly
-"reset window location" from option dont work.

right now my mailbox is full and i cant fix it alone (before when my mailbox wasnt full it was enough to send mail from other char to open mailbox on my main normaly)

like this i cant use ah nor send mail with my box char lf fast fix

 

you will need to create a ticket to support forum staff can not deal with in game issues such as this. the support team will investigate the issues with your mailbox with you.
