How can I contact a GM?

as a title..
i try for day's to contact all gm ... but for now 0 answer... i sent pm at all gm team in forum , i tried look for them game... i used "4gamesupport"... but nothing ... anyone know what i can do? i have big problem ... i hope anyone can help me.

you need a special signal to summon gms!

 

your best chance is to write a ticket on support section, but since holidays coming, it might take time to process the ticket queue.
