Retrieving char and GM answer-what next?

hello. about month ago i created ticket to retrieve my lilith char. in friday (19th december) i get answer from gm to create specific char (race and class in line with those from lilith) and my old char will be transfered to this new one. now my question is: how long it can take?

i'll be grateful for any info.

 

support team is working on the restoration. i don't want to give you any deadlines as the amount of work is really huge and may grow further because of some unforseen events, but please be sure that gms process all restoration petitions as soon as they can.

 

co their answer about creating new char is not enough? still need to w8?

 

when you create a character gms have, so to say, a basis for transfering so yes, now they will be transfering your char from lilith.

 

and how long can it take?

 

how much euro i need to spend to recover an lilith account?

i'm asking seriously. waiting a few months to restore it as a mockery. so maybe the money will be for you the motivation to do what shouldn't take a few months? i think that you are just lazy ppl.

now let me ban. for presenting the most probable scenario.

 

they need to be beaten to the point where they wont act like this anymore untill than you're just another euro for them , this project is a joke...

 

so no gm will reply? i was asking seriously... we are just a wallets for you stuff so im asking how much euro i need to pay you for recovering lilith char?
