HELP VERY IMPORTANT!

i need gm or admin i have for 2 day pg blocked in my account and a wait response to my ticket.
and for two days i find my perswonaggio blocked without the possibility of being able to log in, i opened a ticket to the support but no one answers i paid the premium as every month but still no one answers i lost two days of premium and still do not know what i have to wait and if i give back these days of premium are very angry, try to be serious, and respond to those who will be money to play this is not 'respect for us players are confident of your service. give me news and contact me thanks

well, this is serious thing.

many characters were "banned" on 24.12.2014 evening included mine. without no reason why!
gm havent written any email or answer for our tickets yet! its been 3 days already.

in my case, i logged in to game on 24.12. and saw that my main weapon is gone, it wasnt in my inventory or warehouse, i was sure i had it before (this weapon was not shadow, but oe weapon 300, quite expensive). so i checked ip logs at webside, everything was allright, nobody scammed me . i wrote a ticket to gms.
few hours later, another shock - my main character was frozen. i wrote another tickets, but no answer till now.

i understand you have holidays now. me too. but i really invested alot of time to this character. im the person who never got banned, and follow with rules. this was your christmas present. i havent invested just time, but also money, payed months for premium account.
im not alone. now we deserve this?

when you take money from players, you should be here with answers when you decide to do such thing and give us companzation for lost days!

ps: leave this topic here please, cause we need answers from somebody and noone reacts for our tickets.

we don't discuss bans here on forum but don't you think that if gms applied mass ban they had a reason for it?
anyway, if you were banned unfairly your pa will be compensated so please wait for gm's answer in your ticket.

why don't you discuss bans on forums? and i don't think there is always a reason behind what you gms are doing.

i am very disappointed by the behavior inappropriate to the gm, give us an answer and an explanation i have not done anything wrong december 21 i left my character sitting to sell to the streets in aden and the next day i find it locked but please explain what i personally sucess i did not take items they used external programs to the game

you write so 'cause you're not in my situation would have if the pg blocked without having done anything wrong you'd be pissed after spending time and money in this game. if you would have spent money and time to grow the character after you equip and money on this and find it locked as you behave? ask you to respond seriously and without flammare just because you do not understand that this is not 'cry but a complaint to make it clear that justice should be used sparingly and give the opportunity to users who suffer abuse to understand the reason for what you is blamed

 

yes, that is it. you spent money, but probably on wrong place. you shouldnt buy adena from bots mate or something like that so, suffer now if you didnt, then i feel sorry for you, i really do. i just do not believe that you did not do anything. next time, just send the money to my account. better then throw them from the window like that. will be for a good thing!
