Encountered a Pretty Big Bug, that has Broke my PA

while leveling my character i did the offline training at lvl 75 when i was still and elemental summoner, i have tried to do it today now that im 86 wynn summoner, and it told me i had previous training, i thought this was weird, so i check and was like oh ok w/e i'll just take that exp and try again tomorrow.

well it wont let me take this exp since i'm 'not of the same class' anymore, and it wont let me re-enter, as well there is no way to reset it. so now i can no longer use the offline training even though i have premium.

please fix this since now i'm losing days to use this service even though i am paying for them.
