Frost Error -2000002

hello,

i can't run the game, when i click start button following error message is shown while loading popup.

check4game shows no error at all, restarted pc many times as well as game repair and also removed frost folder from system.

i can run game from system w/o problem, but it close on login. is there any solution for this ?

i can't.

only way to run game is with this setting, https://imgur.com/qyzfjgd. then i can run it from web site, but after ~30 sec i got disconnect.
