Which SA would you endow to an axe?

hi,
i'd like to know which sa would you put to an amaranthine avenger (pve oriented), haste or critical damage?
it would be for a maestro. i already have almost 500 p. critical, so i guess focus is discarded a priori.
for pvp i should get a tauti one, i know, but i cannot afford one right now.
