[Bug] Texture glitches megathread

Dear players.

It has come to our attention, that we have a significant increase in bug abuse cases. In this message we would like to point out two texture glitches, which allow your character to become untargetable for active abilities. The Game Developer is aware of this issue, but it may take time to make it resolved. For this reason we are introducing penalties for abusing the following texture glitches in combat:
1) Parnassus center – the monument (getting close to it)
2) Gainak fences (placing yourself above them)
3) Lair of Antharas - Heart of Warding (getting behind it)

For the first case of abuse your character will be penalized for 1 day. For the following cases your character will be penalized for 7 days.

If you notice a violator – this is how you make an evidence. Please make a screenshot, where 2 major things are spotted:
- The violator with red or purple nickname or at any state in case of war-tag is standing next to one of the mentioned locations
- The violator is your target and system chat has a message “cannot see targetâ€

I've been getting messages from you about other similar texture glitches, making characters untargetable for active abilities. iIm sorry if I didn't respond to your message, I did read them all.

If you have information about these glitches, please submit a ticket in Customer Support, including the following points:
- A detailed description of reproduction steps;
- A short video, demonstrating the glitch and its outcomes (a YouTube link is ok).
Please stick to these points while submitting a ticket.

Also keep in mind, that if a certain bug or texture glitch is not mentioned on the Forum or in Official Game Rules, this doesn't mean that you can't be penalized for its abuse. So please, avoid abusing the bugs and inform us shortly after discovering them. Thank You.
