phone number change

hello, i got a problem, one year ago i quitted my job and gave my phone number away back to the company.
i forgot i had the account locked with that phone number, now i bought a new phone and can`t change the number there ... i tryed to access 4game support section but when i try to log in gives 404 critical error.
how can i change my phone number on my account?
i tryed to recover my phone number from company but they don`t have it anymore also ...
