Win Licence Error - Can't launch Lineage.

after clicking on play on lineage 2 site, it opens like it is entering the game then bam! error
"a monitor program has been found running in your system.
please uload it from your memory and restart your program"


what can i do to solve this?

i've installed already the ncsoft version (i think its the american server) and it works, already been in game. but this one does this error.

 

let me guess u are running bots on ncwest servers? well start core server before u start the ncwest server than it should work if this is the problem

 

are you using iobit malware fighter?

 

actually yes i installed iobit malware fighter 2 days ago. i will desinstal it and then i tell you what happend. thank you

in place of deinstalled iobit i suggest malwarebytes anti-malware and spybot s&d. safety first

 

some spyware or av software might be blocking client/frost.
always check that as 1st priority
