    hello,
    i receive the following error each time i am trying to log in game with a specific character (during the login screen). i don't have any problem with any other character except for this.
    i tried restore client, i deleted system file and tried to restore, but nothing changed.
    any advice?

    thank you, the problem is fixed. it seems that some file inside the textures folder was corrupted. thank you again!
