Need help, can't acces my mailbox

hello i really need help, i dont know what to do

i check that:

do lineage restart.
do lineage update.
my werehouse is not full here is (43 free spaces).
my weight limit is normal, my inventor is not full (about 50 free spaces).
i can use mailbox in other characters in that account, and other acc on computer.
i have try that options>and reset windonws, believe not working!

what is the problem?!! i really don't know what to do anymore

 

try to delete your system folder and download again.

 

where i can find just system folder?

 

press alt+l in game when mailbox supose to be open. if that doesnt solve the issue delete system folder (placed in lineage2 directory)

 

not working i delete system and update game, not helping
