What's up with the support team?

i'm just curious to know how many people does the support team consist of, or whether the support team has been shut down since the beginning of the year? i have a support ticket opened since the 29th september 2014, and the last reply that i've received from a support team member was on 19th december 2014. since then, i've sent four messages in that same ticket, and haven't received a single reply. could someone competent look into it please?
