lack of been able to create top a / s grade duals / s80 duals?

    has anyone noticed with no sieges were unable to make dual swords from top a + to s80?

    really effected my gameplay to say sieges are on 8th january and i cant exp as fast

    also i know about the subclass quest that you can get low a grade duals, but i would have leveled past that point by then..
