Vitality items not applied but dissapeared

hi,

today i used vitality scroll but item didn't applied. i clicked second time and i recieved information that vitality scroll has 4 minutes more cooldown.

problem is that 2 items actually dissapeared form my inventory, so i received cooldown information and lost item that way.

i would appreciate to receive back the items (2x vitality scroll high grade from l2 store) as it is certeinly issue in game because when item has cooldown it shouldnt dissappear.
