hello! this is not possible as a main class. you can level your dual class to 99 aswell and you can make sword singer there.
yes you can, you level a human iss hierophant and you use chaos essense from l2 store to switch to sws.
no, you have 2 possibilities : - being human swordmuse in main class : level a human hierophant, awaken, then use chaos essence from l2store to switch from iss hierophant to iss swordmuse. - being human swordmuse in dual class : level whatever human you want (fighter/mage/whatever), awaken, take swordmuse dualclass.
