PK using NPCs

since when can chaotic characters (pk) use/talk to npcs?

i just saw one pk in dion taking buffs from newbie guide then teleporting through gatekeeper....

 

since you need to pray to god to get rid of karma maybe

 

pk, move to pi , do the 15kk quest, profit??

 

leave the pk'ers alone!!! they are a dying species, we should encourage this .
