Can't Launch the Game

everytime i click "play" on my browser (google chrome) i just only see
http://1drv.ms/1gtczc5 and then this http://1drv.ms/1eberag

after that nothing happens and the game wont launch at all.

i tried reinstalling

i tried clicking the "gear" and "restore game" button.
restart windows

no luck at all.

hi, i'll shamelessly bump this, as i have the exact same problem:
play-button, frost updater runs, the login-picture starts fading then suddenly disappears, and then nothing else happens.
i'm using bitdefender, btw.

on a sidenote, sometimes an application (4game-147ddc91-cc86-4a18-99cd-03237b363a24) comes up in task manager, it even claims to be running, but does nothing.

 

please use check4game app to check you network diag.

well, the miracle hath happened, after letting the app check what it can (i would hazard the guess that the solution lies somewhere in points 4-6 in the link provided in eska's post for those with this problem) i can play just fine now.

however, since the world cannot be perfect, i dc in 1-2 mins after the client opens up
