Hacked account issue.

hi to all, i would like to post my problem here, since the support button on website works awesome (not)!
i posted my ticket/problem on:

1 message by you on sat, 7th mar 2015 23:45 ; and i was saying here how my armour and adena disapeared after i couldnt log into my account, was getting disconnected over and over again. i got left with
3.156.369 adena and no armour. but **** happens and i was thinking some gm will take a look at this problem.
but the fun part starts now... when after allmost 20 days i get a response:

this interface allows you to play 50 cards in one click. the game itself is random, but the bonus card that appeared after you clicked indicates that you have received a bonus reward with one or more of your 50 tarot cards.

wt* has tarrot cards to do with my lost items ?
so i guess that i get a bonus that i didnt asked for and that bonus was loosing my items ?:d

btw i dont have a easy password/username if someone wonders that.

by armor u mean all ur gear, or just ur armor?
