    is that thing dead already?

    your system isn't sending any sms therefor :
    - can't add my 2nd pc
    - can't deactivate the protection

    i can not log or disable protection !!! what should i do? (sry no english, writing through translator)

    i have same problem ... it's not working on weekend or what? last time this osom system sent me like 10 sms on monday morning when it should sent them on sunday coz i was changing something in my acc. it's not automatical process?

    that's interesting... bugged again? guess everyone will removed it, like i had to do.

    maybe they'll consider doing something if no one can use their system.

    security system works so perfect that not even i can log ... you owe me one day of pa.

    dear players, please keep in mind that for resolving such issues you should address to support service.
    we are looking into the issue with few sms delayed or failed delivery cases in particular mobile networks.

    in case you face the same problem please do not hesitate to submit a request to support.

    been trying the last 7hr to disable or to get the evil sms where i can see the code for allow me to remove that ugly program or allow the same pc to play dunno why or how
    but it say im playing of another pc and im still in the same pc that been playing the last 7month nothing change in the last 24hr and since the last 7hr appear that ugly and evil text saying that im playing on another pc put code for allow the pc to enter
    alrdy send ticket for support
    i lost my day off and cant play nothing
    all the another account without that ugly trusted system are working fine i can log it
    no lag
    no spike
    no nothing
    ps. that program should be more easy to disable it via email or at least make possible recive the code by a call
    or dunno im just mad cuz i was plain to play a bit today and cant happen >.<
    ill be waiting support or forum answer i hope tomorrow this be fixed or u guys mail me an answer

    hi there,
    i have same problem like guys before me, i can't play because my pc is not trusted anymore (same ip, same pc hardware, same os, same browser, same l2 game like yesterday). can't do any change in security settings because i didn't get the sms. can't post ticket because your support site says that i should log in and follow the instructions, but i'm logged. can't log off because it says that i should login.
    so please send me sms via another sms center or send me e-mail with code for activation or post ticket for me with "copy - paste" text from here or remove the trusted list pcs security feature till you resolve the problem.

    - i'm having the same problem as some ppl with security code sent via sms
    - but i can't even log in the support page to send a ticket
    what to do?

    as i told you, for some reason this osom system aint working late night and weekends usualy. i'm pretty sure you got your sms's already after 8:00 this morning ... this system should be reworked.
