where i live "torta" means cake, and since some words translate in english just by slighting modifying the end or simply removing the last letter (almost always a vocal), it might be a common mistake from who is not very good at english.

still that wouldn't make much sense, since afaik there is a birthday cake, which gives vitality mantainance buff, and no others i'm aware of.

good answer , anyway paying 1.5 euro for virtual lottery, you can get expensive item but mostly you get total useless thinks. but anyway tarot can be nice part the game if they add it to drop list, bad thinks that you can only bay it in l2 store with the huge prize good luck in l2 luck!
