DC on second char

hi,
like in topic. i log 2 chars, boutch have premium, and me main dont have any problem but me second char got dc each time i log it and its take 5min beafore i got dc.
what heppend? i got premium and i wont us me box in aden and i cant. i log box sit on store mode and dc after 5min. i log that second char over 15 times and still the same problem.
in this time me main char is still log and fishing so i dont think its problem with me pc or internet.
pls help.

 

i have the same problem. my pa and box keep getting dc. i updated the game, but no change.
it also gives an error: "impossible to run another copy of the game. the game cannot be launched in several windows without premium account!". the thing is i'm doing it from my pa, and there's no other game session opened.
give us a solution, pls!

 

yeah wtf is up with the freakin' server i cant stay on for 5 min w/o getting dc, cant exp, cant do nothing, fix this freakin ******** already its up for 3 days now, not to mention all the vita items i've been using for nothing. but oh w8 u dont care about your community and their problems, sry.

 

so much for the worth of the support team. can't even acknowledge a major issue that's been going on for more than 2 days now. u'll be seeing money from me right about the next time the sun sees my ******* (pretty sure it never happened in the last 30 years), if it doesn't get fixed this week.

could you guys please provide network diag from check4game app?

 

seems that doing a "restore game" from account settings has helped a lot. no dcs for 5h now. i thought the "update" function has the role to check files too, but it's not as comprehensive as the restore, so i assume it was all due to some corrupted game files.
i'll return with other news on the matter, if needed.

let me tell you how i enjoyed my first hour today in l2:
- logged in pa and box
- went to freya with aellya (box)
- dc on pa within 15 min from logging in
- dc on aellya within 5 min of starting freya (about 5 min after pa)
- relogged aellya
- ported back in freya's instance just to end up below "ground level" (in the texture) - and not the first time !!!
- tried to break free for about 1-2 min, but no luck, so i closed the game window because freya was probably about to die
- now i'm stuck with a freya instance penalty i did not get to a be a part of !!!

it seems the restore game did nothing. i started getting dcs again ~1h after my last post. today i'm going to move the game to another hdd, if that fails too, i'll reinstall windows. if that also fails... i wouldn't wanna be you (innova support) )
as for the requested network diag from check4game app, it did not give any errors on any of the testing options. i can pm a tech with the results, but i'm not going to post the traces here.
just about every time i get dc, i have to end "lineageii.exe" process from task manager, otherwise it gives that account error i mentioned earlier and it doesn't allow any game session to be opened - pa or not. the curious thing is that about 4 out of 5 dcs happen on the pa account window (it's either trying to save me money or it's annoying me on purpose, since i have to close the box window too in order to relog). i also get unresponsive game windows (frozen up), not just dc (but only started to happen at the same time the dcs did).

 

well... i changed the drive and re-installed windows. the dcs are the same. seems to happen less if i only have 1 game window open, but that is in no way acceptable. suggestions?

p.s.: an actual "we give a **** about your problem" attitude would be welcomed. it's been more than a week now...
