ch instances time (bug)

    last week ch instances instead of 21:00 at friday, were moved to 21:00 at sunday(during siege). noone posted it in bug zone, so i am doing it - pretty awkward bug... especially when u know that happens always after changing the time - please fix it untill next reuse...

    pretty annoying bug:p
