does "vital spot attack success rate + 5%" applied on dual dagger?

    does "vital spot attack success rate + 5%" applied on dual dagger?
    just lv up a othell, i know 25% attack speed can applied on both dagger, but not sure"vital spot attack success rate + 5%"

    str + 2 and p. atk. + 344 when a dagger is equipped. increases atk. spd. + 25% and vital spot attack rate + 5%. additionally, there is a chance the cooldown of skills will reset or the duration double depending on your str.

    not in plural ,so no it doesnt apply to dual daggers anyway for xp its better to carry a dagger while further in game dual daggers will be more helpful in daily's and in pvp as lethals are not so useful anymore still its not really so important your skill level/char level/stats will determine if you lethal some1 much more than your weapon choice

    when i was young i used to know things about daggar !
    so yes it does apply if my memory is good.
    only the first sentence is for single dagger, str+2 and patk +344.
    rest of description is for single and duals =)

    true they didnt write it in the best way so ppl mistaken alot.

    the more/increased part depends on the game you play. for some it's taken as you said, for others (poe for example), it'll be (100%+x% (sum_increased))*(1+ x% (more1))*(1+ x% (more_2))

    in lineage 2 i didn't find any information to decide weither it is formula 1 or 2 which is the actual one.
