CANNOT OPEN A TICKET

hi,
i need to open a ticket,but cannot,
i follow the instructions,so:

i go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ and login,
then i click to "support" tab but https://support.4game.com/ ask me to sign in again,
and if i click on "sign in tab",it keeps on redirecting me to the same page https://support.4game.com/,

it has no sense.


i've tried both with firefox and internet explorer but nothing,
and yes cookies are allowed.

what should i do to open a ticket?

 

hello,

there is a technical issue with signing into support at the moment, the team are working to get it fixed as soon as possible. as soon as the issue is resolved you will be able to create a ticket in the usual way, but for now, please be patient whilst they get the issue resolved.

there should be someone we can send pm to in order to get support,
