ok so im posting this again . as i have my gender change ticket for 2 weeks now and made a question just as instructed for a third time now ( "after purchasing the item, it should be either in character's inventory or private warehouse the service is available for same-account characters when you've got your gender change ticket in your inventory or warehouse, you should create a ticket at our support click ask a question choose the l2store category choose the i want to change my character's gender sub-category fill in all required fields submit your ticket and you're done! ticket will be processed within the next 5 days.")and nothing . last time i posted i was asked for a ticket number ,but theres no number on it . if there is one please tell me how to find it , thanks. here i found my question reference which is : 7259-qdxc-7758 , i hope that will help .
please notice that gender can be changed only after submitting a request via support service as it does not change your gender automatically. question has been given in the corresponding request.
