update problem

    hello .. after 2 weeks resting i come back in game . game ask for update ..i make the update but nothing ..it says all the time to make update ..and update ..i delete game and dl again .. and the same
    i make format the pc and dl again the game and the same ! i dl 1 program from forum about missing files updates etc etc and says everything is ok only problem was at frost couldnt find name something like this ..anyone can help .. i believe problem is on frost
