Problem with l2 store payment!

    i did 2x payments for 22 euro each and one of them did not go to my game accout. site crashed afther i payed and clicked back to store. i should have 44 euro.

    i asked bank and przelewy24 but they said both paymets were good and problem is on l2 site.

    p24-881-749-802 <--- this one didnt go to my game accout

    p24-881-750-06 - 22 euro currently on my accout.

    anyone can help?
