hello! so i managed to awake as iss and now im looking for dualclass to have some fun with. mainly some smallscale pvp, ganking, trolling, flagging. dieing alot is included aswell, since im "filthy casual" and not that farmed/skilled. sharing gear with my main is good thing, my preference for outlasting people rather then bursting them down is what brings me toward tanks. now, since im generic noob and things i used to know bout l2 are irrelevant nowadays, im stuck deciding. some people are talking something about old selfbuff reflect damage (20% damage return) being ultimate troll choice, but somehow i cant keep the buff up (lvl 49 subclass atm). yes, i tried to remove daring sonata, the only 85+ buff that gives reflect. still, the selfbuff wont stick (maybe cause i have rank 2 yet?) because if not for that selfbuff, i think skillset of sk is way better (hax cubics + para as opposed to panther + vamp passive (not knowing how strong)). also, sigels have acces to gold lion. some ppl say it decreases p def unlike panther, tooltip on l2wiki doesnt say that. also, do they have some difference in stats and skills? tldr go sk or da sigel for small/solo pvp and why?
the ultimate troll class for small scale pvp is sayha's seer. end of discussion about trolling. yes, the golden lion will debuff your pdef (i do not know the exact amount, but it reduces it by a serious amount), while the panther doesn't. the panther also has a leap stun, while the lion... bites ? but the sk has the paralyze, which has a really nice land rate, and the panther is pretty easy to take down (and, as for wynns, you cannot summon another one 'till the corpse disappear), even with aoe. to troll with reflect, i'd say da. to troll with debuff, i'd say sk (lightning paralyze is a ranged skill). to gank, i'd not advice tank, ppl have waaaaayyyyyyy to much time to bsoe/laugh/run/--insert here random action-- before you kill them. for maximal troll purpose, in heavy armor, i think that doombringer should be fun (for you, not your opponent) : you see a wartag, you rush impact him, you run 5 meter away, you rush impact, and so on until he dies (either his char, or his computer which will learn to fly through the window).
ty for replies! all of those looks tasty.... even the doombringer. land rate of that stun is still that high? i remember long time ago ppl would just alternate rush/next target on party pvp and be ultimate pain in the anus. i will just finish da, and probably switch to sk with chaos essence or whatever. or try that weirdo melee caster.
