    does wynn marks or doomcryers posion have any more damage with saphire or ruby or if weapon is ++ enchant ?

    afaik dots damage is not influenced by modifiers, you could also try with requeim or amaranthine weapon (matk) and they should deal same damage; don't know about land rate though, but still i think it doesn't apply (while matk might, sps only comes into play in skill damage formula).
