Random critical errors

    hi, i keep getting these random critical errors
    faulting application name: l2.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x54ed365d
    faulting module name: frostcollector.dll, version: 1.3.9.1, time stamp: 0x551403bd
    guess it has something to do with frost
    things i've tried:
    restoring game
    tried check4game app
    added l2 folder to av exceptions
    reinstalled graphic drivers, reinstalled the game

    any ideas?

    your issues are conntected with your av.
    try to reconfig exceptions and/or change av software.
