Payment Problem

i am trying to add funds to my account. i opened a ticket but nothing has been said so maybe forums might help.

i try to use skrill for my visa and it asks for a bunch of info that i fill in in the previous window and additionally to my birth date and my mother's maiden name. my mother's maiden name isn't part of my security questions so it seems sorta fishy... even though i filled out the info 100% it still says i filled it out incorrectly.

i also try my paypal and i notice the funds don't actually come out of my account. is this normal or what? i am very confused.
