holycuacks scammed my account and items

 

how can one scam an account? either he has a kinda powerful login+psw hacking program (or you used very easy ones), or you gave him those info, thus being the only responsible for that

 

i'm afraid that posting here won't help you with this...
and, as airx said, if you give account details to ppl you have to face the risk that you can be scammed pretty badly...

 

no idea who is airx.... i lost some adena and i wanted it back, or ban his char

 

maybe you didn't read my reply, afaik the only way you can retrieve your account is by the original email adresse, i'm not sure whether it's an automatic procedure or through support tickets.

either way there is no such "account scamming", if you share with someone then you are only responsible of consequences, there is no theft if you actively tell your login/psw.

 

airx is the guy who first answered in this thread...

anyway, you gave important information to someone? like email of the account & pw?
if that's the case, you cannot blame anyone but you for being scammed.
otherwise, if this person really hacked your account, the only thing you can do is submit a ticket to support: posting on the forum won't solve the problem

 

i dont see airx post something.... dont know if its bug or something, or what do u say, also the post wasnt for u, was for the supprot team who didnt answer me 1hour in my ticket, and when u gain thousands of euros u must answer immediatelly

 

i can't find the topic i was thinking of but i think he can't read me because he blocked, he or mods might have deleted; he asked a question, i promptly linked him the link with answer (and proofs/evidence support of it) and he answered me and everybody after he wanted answer, not links, not only being rude both by not thanking but answering harshly instead, but also ignoring the link, aka the answer to his question.

by this memory and his last, brilliant consideration

i am actually glad his account was somehow lost, and i do really hope this spoiled brat won't ever manage to get back in game.

 

moreover, considering the fact that in 3 posts the guy hasn't been able to state whether he gave to someone his account details or not, this is not something i'd lose sleep over.

 

i am not here to answer your questions, you are just a player, and not any kind of moderator.

 

you wont get your items back, u won't get your adena back. you gave ur acc cuz you wanted, staff can't do a thing.

 

if you are here only for ''moderator'' answer, then why not keep it all in pms if you don't like others trying to help you?

and there can go up 7 days + for an answer, soo.. have fun w8ing with such attitude!

anyway, just for your information, posting on a public forum would lead some ppl to try to answer your question or try to solve the problem.
if you want to avoid any comment from regular players, just pm moderators or gms: it's just that simple...

 

1st smart forum warrior i have my account, i have my char also, i lost just 100kk, maybe for you is low amount of adena, but for a normal player like me , who never donate is big amount. i suggest you stop spent your life in a forum, and just play your game.

about undressed , i have no idea about the moderators names, neither in game or in forum. i visit forum only when needed nothign more, and thnks for admire my attitude .
