    seems like when u need gm u can w8 1 month ,but when gm needs money it takes 15 sec to edit l2store

    the reply can take up to 10 workdays if im right.
    so patience is the key. :)
    this is not a private server where they monitoring those 10 tickets they get there nonstop.

    exactly as yolai said and if there is still no response after that then you may pm one of us with your ticket number and we can forward that to the support team for you but making threads on the forum will not get tickets answered faster.
