Bugged launcher, webpage and game

basically everything is bugged from the 4game "launcher" to the website but i'll list what i've detected so far:

- visual ++ bug
- some people might need to redownload and reinstall the 4game launcher since it won't update even if you just downloaded the lastest version.
- if you right click on the launcher and "4game" it will send you here https://ru.4game.com/subscription/index.html instead to the english/eu webpage.
- https://eu.4game.com/lineage2#lineage2/play/ doesn't work properly i click on "play" and it asks for password, if you hit enter it will ask you to change your email, you need to click the arrow manually.
- if you pass that and "agree on terms" nothing happens, game won't start, neither the 4game launcher will do anything.
- the time my game started (god knows why) i got a critical error with the "no video" issue, even when i can perfectly run god client at ncwest.
- other time i managed to cross the "play" button i got some error in russian from the client.
- personal data won't update at your 4game account settings (such as genre, place of residence and so on)
- sometimes the "play" button is behind the menu at the webpage.
- damage on screen is not showing (according to other player reports). https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=251
- some texts from 4game and so on are still in russian or linking you to russian site.

i really hope we'll have a real launcher (like 4game ru and ncwest have) by today or tomorrow since this is completly bugged.

os: window xp 32 bits
info: i can play both 4game ru and ncwest but not here.
browser: mozilla firefox

 

do you know how to solve c++ bug?

 

uninstall old version of c++ and try one more time.

 

also eu.4game.com doesn`t work properly with firefox, it shows me to install l2 even if i can play with ie 9 or chrome.

 

from what i saw everyone with winfail xp is experiencing the same critical error bug.

 

i have this one, but when i click play and 'agree on terms' a status bar is showing up and after that status bar a little rectangle pop-up with some characters and "loading..." and then.... nothing.

i've tried to make a screenshot but it is too fast

any solution? i reinstalled 4game launcher, reinstalled whole game and still nothing

ok solved

it was issue with comodo internet security. turn off (firewall, defence+) didnt work; game mode didnt work; disable comodo services didnt work only uninstall :/

 

do you plan to offer any solutions or we should simply give up ?
