i managed to climb 2 pa'agrio's shirt +7, and i can not exchange them against the stones. can you help?

make sure you only have 1 in your inventory when you try to exchange them. otherwise it gets confused and doesn't work.

 

ok, i had my 2 shiny shirt elementary exchange stones, i managed to turn my shirt shine elemantary +8, but impossible to put it into +10?

 

for +10 you need to open support ticket and the support staff will exchange ur +8 shirt +1 stone to +10 shiny shirt
