Cannot select account fro premiun suscription

will be nice if anthing works proplertly, but no. after make a payement and click upgrade acount (logged) it sais select ana ccount but where? cannot see in the yellow page any option todo it, disabed noscrip, used ie, mozilla, and all fcking navigators but still nothing, what must i do?????.....fck gimme patient with this server....
